After 8 years in the industry, we opened our doors in 2023 with a drive to do things differently. We wanted to offer person focused support, to cultivate genuine connections between support worker and participant, so you never felt like ‘just a number’. We wanted to offer the stability of the same faces showing up for you, week after week. And in just 3 years we can confidently say we have achieved that.

Now with active supports across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter, Port Stephens and the Central Coast, and an ever growing team of diverse individuals with experience and expertise across the disability and mental health sector, we can confidently say - Apex Community Care will match you with a team that is the right fit for YOU.
